We only work with the teams that we KNOW we can genuinely help. We offer a FREE scale assessment to ensure we are a good fit for each other and before anyone gets their chequebook out.

scale assessment
We'll spend 2-3 hours together so we can understand more about your business and what help you're looking for. Through a fairly thorough, but interactive process, we will ask you and your team to rank yourselves against 15 criteria, we will then challenge you on your answers and if we feel we can help we will tell you how. All being well this is when we welcome you to our scale programme, boooooom!! But if this isn't for you don't worry we won't charge you a bean, Happy days!
3-month scale plan
We are big believers in 3-month plans. Before working together we'll agree what great looks like for you in 3 months' time, and identify our top three initiatives to make sure we get you there.
Each week, or bi-weekly we will meet to work on these initiatives and make sure we both do what we said we would, yep we love accountability. Once we've achieved great we can plan what's next.
beyond month 3
We offer a number of options:

1) Repeat the same process and work on the next 3 months to achieve more greatness together.

2) Adhoc advisory work where we help out with accelerating your GTM, fundraising, coaching or finding great talent.

We are super flexible and thrive on uncertainty, we are happy to figure all of this out as we finish the first three months. Don't panic Mr Mannering.
